4. Ban evading is not allowed. You must appeal to be unbanned.
5. Random Deathmatch (RDM) is forbidden. Do not attack white/yellow players. Read /chelp!
6. Refilling armor or health more than twice during combat is not allowed.
7. Camping inside interiors while in combat or as a bounty is prohibited.
8. Spamming taze without an arrest attempt is not permitted.
9. Cop hunting is forbidden (e.g. spawn-killing cops near their base).
10. You may not taze or arrest inside Ammunation.
11. Offensive language or insults towards any religion are strictly prohibited.
12. Killing EMTs is not allowed unless they are inside a package radius.
13. Passenger seat abuse is forbidden (shooting without an active driver).
14. Revenge killing more than once is not allowed (heists, active zones, and weed farms are excluded).
15. Repeatedly killing players at their Faction HQ after being told to stop is not allowed.
16. /Su(spect) command abuse is not permitted. Use /sureasons to learn valid charges.
17. Exploiting bugs for personal advantage is strictly forbidden.
18. Scamming players (e.g. not fulfilling deals) is not allowed.
19. Score farming with friends or bugs is prohibited.
20. Spamming or flooding any chat is not allowed (except faction chat).
21. Quitting or committing suicide to avoid arrest, death, robbery, or rape is not allowed.
22. Quitting to avoid the 30-second respawn timer in zones is prohibited.
23. You may not use proxies, VPNs, or software that hides your IP.
24. Offensive, unreadable, or nonsensical usernames are not allowed (e.g. 4917823, ibangyou, .#xx41&/).
25. You may only own one account with property (houses and businesses).
26. Ignoring Staff instructions or refusing to follow orders is punishable.
27. Trolling, spreading hoaxes, or behaving disruptively is forbidden.
28. Do not disturb staff events, meetings, or operations.
29. You are not allowed to donate on behalf of another player in the VIP Shop.

Allowed

• Trespassing in LEO / SWAT / NG / CIA base.
• Assisting criminals, such as helping them evade the cops.
• Using the /su command in an event if an admin asked the LEO to do so.
• Robbing houses.

Not allowed

• Killing or aiming at a LEO / CIA / SWAT / NG.
• Going to rob or rape a LEO / CIA / SWAT / NG. Future action is not a charge.
• Shooting near a LEO / CIA / SWAT / NG.
• Jumping on a LEO / CIA / SWAT / NG car.
• Helping a yellow player.
• Being a weapon dealer. All skills.
• Using a car to ram white / yellow players. Use /report instead.
• Using /bomb.
• Attempting to backstab LEO / CIA / SWAT / NG. Future action is not a charge.
• Carrying illegal drugs. /frisk is the check for that.
• Stealing a cop uniform.
• Having weapons.
• Carjacking a LEO / CIA / SWAT / NG.
